1. Two pieces of neoprene only |

Our whitewater spraydecks are being manufactured of only
two pieces of neoprene fabric - small number of joints means
waterproofness and high stability so that you can fully rely on
your spraydeck.

2.
Ultra-flat blind stitch |
|
|
All neoprene parts are butt glued and blind stitched with
a special type of wide blind stitch which doesn't reach deep
into the neoprene fabric. This type of blind stitch guarantees
extreme strength and perfect waterproofness of the joint. To get
the required result we had to completely redesign blind stitch
machines usually used for sewing wetsuits.

3. Safety release strap |
|
|
The knee-off release strap is bartacked and
reinforced around the shock cord before it is sewn to the deck
so it is impossible to tear it away.
